It had a lot of meals for breakfast, including coffee, tea, fresh bread and cereals. The staff was easy going and pretty friendly, friendly service. Location: the hotel was right by both the beach/boardwalk and downtown as well as the park. I found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like Malabar Restaurant that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The manager made homemade bread every morning. Room was clean. The hotel is older, but perfect for the price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included homemade bread -- very nice touch. The pool and spa were very well maintained and comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. Convenient access to room and pool/spa: ramp and elevator.
Very small room for the price: although adequate for sleeping, it was not a comfortable place to hang out. No dining area (though pool was made available -- see friendly staff, above!). Parking lot had several potholes full of water that we stepped in, requiring change of socks. Terrible coffee for breakfast. Really terrible. Had to go out for coffee and bring it back.

The pool was a great way to relax after a ling day say the beach.the breakfast was delicious and included fresh baked bread. Walking distance to the boardwalk
The jacuzzi rib was old and had rusted jets.

Walking distances to Santa Cruz beach boardwalk. The staff is very friendly. Morning time the coffee and home made bread was very fresh & tasty.
No complaints personally. I am not saying its perfect but price, bed mattress comfortable, clean hot shower and close to beach was perfect for our situation. Thanks again Pacific Inn!
